My training schedule is an integral part of my life. As the menopause ramps up a gear it’s been so important for my overall health and well-being.

On Saturday 21st May, my face to face PT session was a reminder that “life is one big road with a lot of signs”. As my hormones play havoc with all areas of my physical and emotional health — from aching limbs, hot flushes and painful teeth to brain fog, anxiousness and feeling generally low. . .I am definitely depending on the good Lord to give me some sense of breakthrough .

Thank you so much Dimples and Beyond Fit Bodies — my trusted PT, coach and bestie for your continuous help and support as well as the reminder of just how far I have come on my fitness journey. I am planning to make healthier choices so I can celebrate gains once again because of the work I have put in!

Lots to do and reflect on as I enter a new season of the “Three Rs”: Relaxation. Reflection. Rejuvenation!!

I can honestly say that the Jules here is a completely different person to the 2023 version.
The next step in my journey is to make sure that my efforts to pursue a relaxed, healthy lifestyle integrate smoothly into the rest of my life.
